Graham Kershaw
A graduate of St Catharine’s College, Cambridge, Graham trained with Holmes Hardingham and was admitted as a solicitor in 2001.
He is a member of the cargo claims department and his practice includes carriage of goods by road, sea and air together with all related insurance matters, as well as some hull and liability yacht work (including personal injury).
Although Graham takes a commercial approach to cases and has considerable experience of using mediation to achieve settlement, he has also been closely involved in a number of reported Court cases such as the Milasan (in which Holmes Hardingham’s insurance clients proved that the vessel had been scuttled) and the House of Lord's decision in The Starsin (where Holmes Hardingham represented the successful Charterers).
Graham is a keen hockey player and enjoys all aspects of the theatre.
